Summer Programs

When school is out, our popular summer programs offer kids, ages 6-13, an opportunity to study nature first hand through games, fun activities, and arts and crafts.

Tuesday Treasures

Tuesdays at Luhr 9am - 12pm
Ages 6-13

Parents are not required to participate or stay during the program. $8.00 per person / per program. All programs include arts and crafts.

July 15 Fantastic Flyers- Learn about birds, butterflies and more.

July 22 Cycles of Life- Learn about animals’ lives and the roles they play.

July 29 Nature Detectives-Use clues to unlock the mysteries of nature.

August 5 Eco- Education - We will explore the wetland, pond, forest, and prairie ecosystems and what makes each unique.

August 12 Geo- Tree and Me - Learn about trees using geocaching and a first person approach.

Pre-registration and payment is required one week before each program.
