Join the 55+ Club, a social club designed specifically for adults ages 55 and older. Learn and explore various types of nature at its best in the county parks. The weather outside might be frightful, but a social club sounds quite delightful! Come relax, enjoy nature, & have coffee on the Parks with your new friends.

Pet Fest in the Park – from Wags to Whiskers

Is your pet itching to go on a walk in the park? Then you are bound to have a ruff- ruff bark of a good time! Our
co-sponsor, The LaPorte County Small Animal Shelter along with many other animal vendors will have stations set-up along the trail with goodies. We will have many demonstrations, costume contest, obedience tips; adopt a new pet, animal photography, and much more. This is a great chance to meet and socialize with other pet lovers. All animals must be on a leash at all times and “oops” bags will be provided. Aggressive or female animals in heat
are not allowed.
